The room had a very bad smell.
Hotel was clean, felt very safe, staff was friendly and accommodating! This hotel is older so you have to know what you are getting but for a one night stay for a family of 3 this was perfect! I would definitely stay here again for a quick overnight visit to Mizzou.
La Quinta treated me and my german shepherd like family. I will always choose them over competing chains!
My sister in law suggested we stay here since it’s dog friendly and they had stayed when it was LaQuinta so we didn’t check any reviews before arriving. Front clerk was friendly enough. We were put on the first floor. As we entered the hallway the stench was overwhelming, the carpet appeared dirty and it smelled like a chain smoker had been living there. I think the air conditioner was on a high setting to save money and so the smell was even more pronounced but once the hotel got more guests then the smell was a bit better.... read more
