Long drive and my hotel reservation in St Louis got messed up, it was 1:30am and I was worn out. I wasn’t the happiest person but Thia was wonderful with me and her beautiful smile cheered me up a little. An absolute gem of a woman! The room is very nice as well!
Room was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Price was very good for the area. Easy access was excellent for getting around and going into St Louis.
Rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly and wanting to help above and beyond what is expected.
We had to make last min reservations here. We checked in fairly quickly. The rate was reasonable but not a great deal. The rooms were clean. Hot water was "very warm" but not scolding hot. On the plus side we had a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Breakfast was so so, but the coffee was very good. The staff that checked in was friendly as was the staff that checked us out. If were in this part of the state, we'd stay there again
