This is exactly what I expect in a hotel.
The person in the room next to us had the TV on until 5 am. The next night, the same. I banged on his door, he ignored me. Front desk came, he ignored phone calls and knocking on the door. They inactivated his card key so he couldn't avoid talking to him, and they made him move to a different room. I am very thankful for their help. Not every hotel is willing to help in those situations.
I love service of the motel in my last stay
Don't recommend. Very dated. One employee working the whole hotel. Hallways/Staircase not clean. One elevator that someone was afraid to get on so took stairs. Rooms were a little better but had some smell. Last visit for me!
