Best price and amazing location with free breakfast
Management is horrible double charging credit cards then saying you didn’t show, then hanging up when you questioned extra charge, was charged over 1k for 2 nights they wouldn’t try to resolve the issue at all. hanging up on customer 3 times trying to get my refund never resolved, then saying no one wvwr showed up to reservation and my son who the room was for waa checking out right in front of them

Really nice place and location. The room was clean and visit was very good until 11:30 PM . I began to hear a very loud group in the lobby. This went on for some time so i went to the front desk. I was told by the very nice young man on duty this had been reported by other guests and he reported to the manager. The manager , Victoria Perez, indicated nothing could be addressed to the group and left for the evening so she could get the sleep the rest of her guest would be unable to receive. Great location! Staff is amazing. Everyone was so Friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!!!
