We've been here 3 times now and this was our first iffy stay. The beds in our double queen room were rock hard and the pillows were flat. The kids were excited for the hot tub but when we got in it was a Luke warm bath. I let the front desk know and we came back down after dinner but it was still just warm water. The breakfast has a decent about of options but the sausage was all burnt this time.
Great location in Coeur D’Alene. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Had a great time!
