Everyone was so nice. The room was awesome and the bartender at the pool made the best drinks I’ve ever had. Convenient location. Very Walkable to restaurants and shops

Slightly dated. Rooms are more modern, and relatively clean - smaller items were dirty/a little moldy (caulk in bathroom). Ocean view rooms are great. Pool is good. Beach access is easy. Located right next to the Cocoa Beach Public pier.

To much to list. Found bedbugs on our 3rd night. They were responsive and apologized, moved us to a new room. Upon checkout, there were 2 prior auth charges to my debit card, causing over $1300 dollars to be held by my bank. I now have had to fill out paperwork to dispute over $900 dollars that was withdrawn after the manager assured me it was a glitch on their end and "no money was taken from me." Gage at the front desk was most helpful. The view and being on the beach were great. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again.

Great value for location. Rooms were clean. Only issue is A/C wouldn’t cool down enough to sleep comfortably at night. Being up throughout the night 3 nights in a row due to being hot isn’t fun.
