The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Other then that you can expect the room to basically fall apart while you're there. Our room lost hot water after our first night. Everything else broke within our first 30 minutes there. Better off spending the extra couple dollars elsewhere instead of waiting for the hotel staff to fix issues that should have been addressed before check in. Would not recommend!!
My recent stay was unfortunately very unpleasant for several reasons. From the moment we walked down the hallway to our room, there was a strong smell of smoke, specifically marijuana, which also carried into our room as if it were coming through the vents. Later that evening, when we went to shower, we discovered the bathtub was dirty and would not drain properly. Stay anywhere else but here. We had 2 rooms and neither had hot water in the shower. Nor toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Rooms are sparse. Thin walls, gets very loud as you hear every door slam.
I had a terrible experience.. I cannot even email your company as the email you have listed on my checkout sheet is invalid... I will be disputing my hotel stay
To start, in order to check into the room and pay for the room and deposit, they had to manually input the numbers. The hot tub wasn’t working even though I tried calling numerous times before checking in and no one answered the phone. Once my family realized the hot tub wasn’t working we went to the front desk, to ask for a refund for the second day, because we came for the hot tub, and it wasn’t working.
