I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. They offer excellent amenities, including a fitness center, pool, free WiFi, a snack area, complimentary breakfast, and laundry facilities. They don't heat the pool and it's freezing. They can, they just don't. Our room's phone doesn't work.
