We had to change rooms numerous times. The first room had no working lights except for the one over the vanity. The room toilet also did not flush. After we moved into a second room, we noticed that there was mold in the bathroom. The third room appeared to be OK. Little did we know that there was drainage issues in the room. Avoid at all costs. Broken and moldy AC units in multiple rooms. Our throats and eyes were itchy and we had to switch rooms 3 times due to the broken AC then two back to back room with AC units covered in mold. Manager Acted like they did not care and offered no apology. We finally got into a room with a working and mold free AC but the window was partially open and wouldn't close. Do not stay here.

Dirty towels behind bathroom door. Hair in sink and bath tub. Tub is very old with lots of wear. No soap in the dispensers. And very noisy guests above us. Probably will not stay here again which is unfortunate because the vicinity to the Cincinnati Open is great but I expect more from the room.
