This hotel is a disgrace to the La Quinta brand. We checked in and our first room smelled and the dead bolt wouldn't lock. We requested a room change. The young man at the desk was helpful and accommodating. Our next room had an adjoining room that the lock wouldn't work on either, so someone on the other side could just walk into our room. The bathtub was horribly worn and stained as well. Third times a charm (not really). This room was at least clean but had no towels or wash clothes stocked. The ceiling in my bathroom was full of mold and looked like it wanted to cave in because the bathroom upstairs evidently has a leak. The bathtub was dirty and old Woke up the next morning and couldn’t even shower because the ceiling of course leaked and the bathroom floor was soaking wet When we checked in, the gentleman was super nice, there were no issues there but the next morning it seemed like there was no one working that spoke English. Absolutely terrible experience…from the first walk inside the hotel the floors was dirty and it was construction of some sort in the area where breakfast is served …it was a sign on the pool door from the health department that the pool wasn’t up to code and the guy at the front desk said they aren’t allowed to take it down but they have bought everything up to code correctly ….we checked into a room on the 4th floor and it was musty, had a wall full of black mold spores by the sink and the toilet and tub and rust patches al... read more

I would never stay here again and would tell friends and family to avoid it as well. The rooms were not clean. We were traveling with another group and they found hair and makeup on their sheets. Our sheets were stained and there was a large moldy patch on the ceiling above the tub and soap scum in the tub. We stayed for two nights and skipped showering because we weren't comfortable using the dirty tub and breathing the black mold on the ceiling.
