I recently stayed at the La Quinta Inn (Florence, KY) and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I have stayed at this property numerous times and have never had any issues. Ashley, at the front desk, is always very helpful and answers any questions I may have and provides excellent customer service with each encounter. I will definitely stay at this property in the future.
Staff was nice, the rooms was clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around.
After having a bad experience within 5 minutes at a different local hotel LaQuinta was the perfect hotel. The lady at the front desk was super polite and nice when I told her the experience I just had at another hotel and said anything you need to just let her know. This hotel was clean, had good coffee and breakfast options, comfy beds, and hot showers! Will be returning to this hotel in the future.
