For your safety, please do not stay here!!!! We booked our room through booking.com. Before booking the room I called the front desk to ensure that I was booking the correct room. When we arrived we were given the wrong room and had to have the front desk correct it. As my husband and I were about to go to sleep I adjusted the sheets and found BLOOD on the sheets. We immediately called the front desk and was told we needed to strip the bed and bring them down to get replacement bedding. I asked that the new bedding be brough... read more
This place is always clean and I feel safe in this area. The staff is always friendly. Breakfast is always fresh and kept warm. Lots of restaurants and shopping places and mall within a 5 mile range. Suite comes with glass dishes, hot top
Clean room, close to airport, shopping and restaurants
Friendly. Clean. The room I got was super spacious and impeccably spotless. The girl that checked me and had everything ready was very prompt and attentive. Great location very close to the airport and very reasonable to downtown Cincinnati. I would highly recommend and will be staying here again!
The staff here are all awesome. Rooms are super clean, and breakfast is great. Location places you right in the middle of shops, restaurants, and the highway is very close. Not far at all from the airport.
