Update on the following below: Spoke to manager and she was very understanding and accommodating. They have reversed my transaction, I was glad to see the effort and understanding on there end and I would stay here again for the great work lodge. Recently stayed here last weekend. Upon arrival it was myself, my wife, and my son. We showed up late Thursday night, went to bed. Friday spent All day at Wolf lodge, came back for my son to nap. Then went back to water park. Came back to hotel to sleep, wake up and left first thing in morning. I was waiting on my 100$ deposit to return. Here I am a week later, I see it charged me for a “broken desk”. I don’t even recall a desk, we never touched it. Not happy about this.
