The check in service was very bad. The desk clerk was very rude. I wouldn't stay there again nor recommend it

First and foremost this review is specifically towards the general manager Patricia and front desk clerk Mila. I reserved a room for the weekend through Expedia. Before I reserved I spoke to the owner D P who I asked if it was ok to bring my bunny because I can’t leave it at home alone. He was more than happy to welcome the bunny to the hotel with no issues. UPDATE 3/30/25 NOBODY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS RESPONDED OR GOTTEN BACK TO ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE AS THIS IS ABSURD, I WILL BE EMAILING DIRECTLY ON EMAIL OR CALLING AS THIS SITUATION IS RIDICULOUS WITH NO RESPECT TO A PAYING CUSTOMER THAT THESE HOUSEKEEPERS HAVE NO REGARDS FOR. I got a good deal on a stay here. It was nice to be able to jump in the pool and soak in the hot tub. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. The rooms have comfortable beds and overall stay was good. They also offer complimentary breakfast. That was ok, but for free, you can’t expect much. I would come back again in the future.
