Rooms are great but the housekeepers aren't. We been here 4 days and they haven't once cleaned our room yet just been slacking on the job. Even when the hotel finally got the trash that was getting piled up they haven't put new bags in the can
Service at the bar was really good -especially Terri and Sebastian, the rooms were exceptionally clean. I loved the QR code for room cleaners, wish they had it for the bar to give tip with the complementary drink tickets they issue each evening. Beds super comfy, breakfast was fine, location superb. I do think that the front check in people seem stressed, like on edge a little. Everyone was doing their job, just a little edgy - especially when crowded.
