This hotel overcharged me by $961.18 and then falsely claimed it was because smoking sensors went off in my room on July 5. That never happened. We don’t smoke and have never smoked a day in our lives. I called to speak with the manager (was told their name is Joe) and was told they would call me back that day. They never did. Excellent Hotel, Fun and warming customer service ..Shantae ( Front desk supervisor) was an definite asset to me finding my way around, finding good places to eat very informative and helpful ....location was good and breakfast was also .....All in all your whole staff gets an A+ from the all had a job and executed it....Front desk deserves a raise!!!! GooD JoB
For how much my brother paid for a 3 night he could have found something much better in price. The breakfast was good.
We were told that our booking included complimentary drinks from their menu posted in the elevator: After trying to get those drinks today, we were told those are no longer on the menu and they do not provide nonalcoholic drinks.
The front desk was very helpful and kind. The room was nice for the base price. There is a resort fee per day that’s is added after the visit (As of this review it is $17.50) This cannot be avoided. The bottled water in your room is part of this fee. Drink it and ask for more each day. You get some each day as part of the fee. There is no hotel parking but they work with the Poetry Parking Garage next door.
