If I could give zero stars I would I’m staying here. I was being very respectful. I don’t have a working phone outlet in the room I don’t have a hairdryer and the room phone doesn’t work to call the front desk so I went down to the front desk and they told me I was being very disrespectful and I can’t be reimbursed for my stay here. The experience from making reservations through check out was outstanding. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.
This is a fairly new hotel with great amenities for the price. There’s a nice lounge area outside that I wish I had utilized and a clean and decently equipped fitness center. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. I need dog-friendly options quite often, and their pet fee is reasonable yet the room quality didn’t suffer for it. Sometimes pet fees that low signal that there will be food left under the beds and stray dog hairs, but that simply wasn’t the case here. I’ll definitely return next time I am in Birmingham.
