Check-in was delightful and exceptionally courteous and efficient. I was recognized and thanked for being a Platinum member. The night shift staff were also courteous and friendly. I frequently stay at this location; as always, the 24 hour coffee station is well stocked and hot and a good quality brand - no bitterness. Hotel accommodates senior and disabled patrons.
We will not be staying here again. We have stayed here several times before. We had to move rooms due to a water leak and the ac was very loud Second room the ac sounded like a jet plane at times. The sink and tub were very slow to drain. And when we opened a new roll of toilet paper dead bug larvae fell out.
A little hard to find, but worth it
Nice rooms and very friendly staff I stay here alot and will continue to!!
