The room smelled. The night shift clerk, Robbins, was wonderfully helpful.
It's a very bad travel hotel. The front desk didn't even know the service dog, charged us, and let us stay in a pet room! It's very dirty and smelly here. If possible, I won't give it a star. I won't stay in this hotel again after passing here. The service is very bad. The room smells terrible.
If you bring a pet you will be in the “Basement” as the front desk called it. Where the hallway has no ventilation and it smells like sewage. The room wasn’t the cleanest, there was dog hair swirling around the floor. The toilet had no lid, the shower had the previous guests hair and the tub doubles as a slip and slide for your entertainment. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good as well. We will be back.
