The detached building our room was in is pretty bare bones. Could use a serious remodel and deep cleaning. The breakfast, which was in another building, was great and included. The staff were all pleasant! It is walking distance to California Dreaming and right by the water! Perfect if you literally just need a place to sleep!

I am a big La Quinta fan while traveling and have stayed in their accomodations all over the country. I have a fairly good idea of what to expect. Nothing fancy, but dependable. This location was terrible. As other reviews have mentioned, the rooms are spread across two buildings. DO NOT let them exile you to the second building. The customer service is bad enough, but the other building is rough. It is outdated, unclean, and our room barely had hot water. Everyone sound be asking for a refund. Don’t promise something you cannot provide, wifi is no go. Overpriced, more interested in money and not service
Nice place if you like BED BUGS, boogers on the bathroom wall and ratty lamp shades. CAUTION: They charged me for parking when I didn't have a car. And I have bites on my ankles. BED BUGS!
