Kind of dangerous. Great staff (except for the creepy dude in the hoody working days, he has a Peter Pan obsession), but the elevator was about to break- hydraulic and motor failure was about to happen. Take the stairs. Try to stay off the fourth floor unless your thing is urine and chemicals, and absolutely avoid room 428. That room is an accessibility room, but all solid surfaces are sticky and smelly, like too much cleaner was put down then left.

When checking in it seemed like there were some delays and they said there was a mixup on whether housekeeping had cleaned our room and they were checking. We eventually were given key cards and went up to the room. It was comfortable and we had a good sleep in the comfy beds. The next day I went to shower and the shower was nasty and gross. It was all cracked up and was really dirty. Also the elevators are filthy as well. Could have been a good stay if we had a better, cleaner room

Loved this hotel and hope it never changes! Thank you to the staff for being super accommodating last minute, and for being so personable and helpful (night and day staff were both great). My spine appreciates not having to sleep in my car, lol. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious (my wheelchair actually fits through doorways!), and the beds are comfy.
