OOOOOOLD, paper peeling, old rugs, light fixtures broken, screws holding door frames together showing. Printer in lobby not working. Only thing good about it waz that it waz so empty we got a great parking spot

Pretty scary. Elevator 2 is near failure and smells like burnt motors and hydraulic fluid. Forth floor smelled like chemicals and urine, and room 428 had a thick film on all solid surfaces. Room was cleaned each day and the film reapplied lol. Not again.
