The room was perfect for my family. Space for all of us. The staff was also very nice upon check in and check out. Rooms were clean, bathrooms, and vanity were also taken care of. The pool was clean and the temperature was perfect for the kids to jump in. The hotel is close to the highway with some noise, but if you play some music its perfect for an easy night rest. Very accessible and close to many of our destinations. I would stay here again next time around.

As soon as we got there and opened the door, the rooms smelt like mold and dampness. That was whatever, then the shower was dirty still, looks like they don’t even clean it. Then we woke up this morning and as I was getting ready, I seen a cockroach in our bed! And crawling on my daughter’s diaper bag! I think they need to be better about keeping it clean. I’d rather get a clean/ nicer hotel that’s further from stuff to do like Lego Land etc. than this hotel.

The only good thing about this location was that it was fairly close to Legoland. Unfortunately, that did not help with me and my family's experience because we had to leave early from this location because we discovered roaches. We really tried to make the best of this location, however the very first thing we noticed was animal feces in the parking lot. We decided to keep going and stay. I must have received the worst room in the building. Really bad smell in my room. The heater is broken, there are pee stains on the floor. The tub is patched up, still broken. And what in the world is stained all over these curtains? Disgusting. Plus, the TV doesn't work. Corner room, first floor, is very loud, we can hear everything.
