Well we arrived on an emergency trip and needed a place. It was a good price with a built in breakfast. The night clerk mixed up the rooms but we got that fixed. We only didn't stay because the hot tub was broken and the bed wasn't comfortable.
Night experience was horrific with a dude mad at me for asking him to let me in since I paid in advance, made me pay more for a fee I already paid. Got in late from getting a rescue dog in Washington and the passes were icy. Finally got a phone number to the actual hotel per ai. Dude said he was watching me for 15 minutes in the cold. I was obviously there for a reason. Was going to give 1 star. Lifted it to 3 stars now because Kevin, the General Manager was awesome when I checked out.
