Called and checked on my room the front desk person was very rude 04/25
I booked my room prepaid through booking.com, Checked in and the lady at the counter was very friendly. Room was large but there was rust in the tub and long dark hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Next morning checkout, the guy at the counter acted like he had never done this before. Did not offer a receipt and acted like I was bothering him. Next day my card is shows an additional 102.36 charge, then a 5.00 charge and an 8.00 charge for the food items I purchased. I called was told the 102.36 should drop off, it was a mi... read more
Property looked brand new. Very crisp and clean. Really good breakfast.
Booking was $150 at desk, but $100 online. Did not stay here due to price difference.
