This hotel is highly recommended for those traveling through Burelson ! Absolutely great location , wonderfully helpful staff, extremely clean rooms that are beautifully decorated and beds that are beyond comfortable! Breakfast was great with Scrambled Eggs, Sausage wrapped in pastry, bread and bagels with butter, cream cheese, jams, and jelly’s. Better than most breakfast restaurants all in a very comfortable area to enjoy your morning meal.
Really great place to stay. The rooms are really nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and polite. I can say I stayed here for a month and had no problems. If your looking for a hotel to stay at this is the best one to stay at.
The hotel's amenities were a major plus. The indoor pool and gym were both well-maintained and perfect for relaxing or getting a workout in. Another thing I loved was the location; there were a bunch of great restaurants just a short walk away, making dinner plans incredibly easy.
Booked a room on a road trip and ran into car trouble and weather along the way. Wasn't safe to try to make the rest of the drive after midnight so I needed to cancel the room and asked for a refund. Was told that the refund wasn't possible. While I understand the policy, it's not something I could control by running late or trying to deal with an emergency situation on the road with a baby.
