The rooms are good it's just the black lady that always has an attitude and acts like this is hard for her to do while she's on the phone talking,enjoyed it until now
The front desk agent Tommy was always wonderful amazing and helpful
I’ll start with the pros… Stayed 7-28-25. - Clean room. (Rm 324) Good mattress and pillows. - No bugs. - Quiet. I knew this place was decent compared to others in the area. Even though it’s a little overpriced, especially the upgrade rooms. The negatives… There’s a couple reviews of this, but that front desk lady Tommy didn’t have much of a personality and didn’t come off friendly or very helpful. She left an immediate bad taste.
