Harry, Tanhaj and Yash were all very friendly and attentive. Service was great. The room was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Would go out of my way to stay here again.
Horrible experience. Stayed 3 nights against my better judgement. Main thing was the entire hotel smelled horrible to the point it was difficult even sleep. The beds were okay as was the complimentary breakfast but staff could be inconsistent.
If you stay here, make sure your card doesn't get double charged. They did it to me. Thank God I pay attention to my statements. I had to call to get the refund and it took 7-10 business days. The manger was very disrespectful and mean and hung up on me when I made him aware of the situation. Even though upon checking in they said they had 2 rooms booked and we let them know we only booked one room. They still proceeded to charge my card when they made it seem like they canceled the room.
