I am giving this establishment a 1 star as it’s not quite my stay in the Middle East during the surge in Iraq. The fact that on level 3 near the sign of the stairwell had dried human blood was disturbing. The fact that the image I provided is nothing but rat feces in the stairwell. Hey, at least I got my steps in since the elevator was inoperable the entire stay. When i arrived room was not cleaned, there was trash in the trashcan, and there were bugs on the floor. Absolutely the worst hotel I've stayed in!!!!!.

Will NEVER stay there or recommend this filthy hotel!!! I booked this stay 4 months in advance. I received an email for pre-check in. As a rewards member I was offered a late check out option as a "reward". I received a notification it was denied. I called the hotel and asked why and she stated " they deny all of the online request" and " I would need to ask the manager when we checked in" We get there to check in and find out the first floor A/C is out, the elevator is broke and when I complained the front staff lady stated... read more

Tina Harper, the GM of this location is absolutely RUDE. POUNDING ON DOORS WELL BEFORE CHECK OUT! We got to town a little early for the Feels Like Home Festival and thought we would try to check in 30 minutes early. Her response was "NO! Check in is at 3pm, we are trying to do room inspections and everyone is trying to check in early and I can't do my job!" Wow, ok. ABSOLUTELY Disgusting! Management is ridiculous! Booked a stay 4 months prior. Get there and 1st floor AC is broke, Elevators broke. Hallways have bugs and smells like urine. Did NOT stay only there long enough to calll Whyndham customer service to file q formal complaint because front desk told me a manager wasn’t available and we would have to wait until the next day to talk to her.
