Clean rooms and toiletries.
Concierge could be a bit more nicer. Breakfast area was tiny and too tight with no room to move around. The breakfast staff woman was helpful. Overall I give this hotel a 3.5 maybe 4 stars.
Overall poor experience. Stayed for 3 nights from a Saturday to Monday in a 2 double bed room. Room service came once at 8 am while we were still sleeping and never came back. Never brought more towels or toiletries during the entire stay. Room key stopped working 3 different times and we had to get a new one. Room is small and I question if the beds were actually doubles.
