Worst experience I’ve ever had - I was booked by my travel agency to do a work trip on Dec 10th 2025 and when I showed up at the hotel I was told that my reservation was cancelled as they did not had my card on file. They’ve debited my card few days later stating that I did not showed up at the hotel. I reached out to the hotel and so did my travel agency to reverse the fees and we never heard back from them to get the refund even after what happened.
