OMG Ms Valdez at the front desk is amazing!!! We (my husband, myself and my son) stayed there many times. We are from Houston Tx and we are planning on coming back!!!! She genuinely an amazing person! She deserves a raise!!! She is always kind, positive, polite, and vey kind!!!!! I have a new best friend that I would love to see and hang out with!!!! Best place to stay in the Beaumont area.
Pleasantly surprised, hotel was nice and the manager on duty was able to assist us with everything we needed. Would stay again. Had a lot of traffic from the bridge due to its location.
