Had to change due to the ignorance of the experience that I received on response of my initial review, total disaster from check in to check out
We were coming through just for the night and decided to pick this hotel due to it being right off the interstate and being pretty well lit! We overall enjoyed our stay, staff was friendly, beds were comfy, rooms were clean, TV had Netflix. Only complaint would be they started construction work around 3am for some reason which woke us up and the breakfast could definitely use an upgrade. Not much variety to choose from. Besides that we enjoyed our stay. Felt safe and clean.
I am employee here at what is now the Hilton ,I could not askfor better staff we all work together as team ...love my job...I highly recommend you staying in your travels....
I understand they are under renovation, but you don't find out until you arrive. The icing on the cake is that they swiped my card info from Expedia and double booked me for the following weekend to the tune of 106.40. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Not to mention they don't even have an ice machine or pool as listed on line
Hotel under construction. Stayed 2 nights. They didn't clean room or make beds. We had to ask for clean towels and wash cloths. Staff could care less about customers. Big mistake staying here now. 8 months ago, it was fine. I will share my experience with any friends staying this area in hotels. I traveled in business for 40 years all over the US, this was a bad choice this time.
