I just want to sing the praises of Mark. When I checked in, late, having driven from Bennett, Colorado, and white-knuckled it through the Kansas City interchanges, I was decidedly grumpy. Mark me with a genuine smile and I felt better immediately. After checking in I returned to the car to get my stuff. It took a while, and as I was struggling back (my dog kept wrapping his leash around my ankles) I looked up and here came Mark who helped me to the elevator. Had a few small hiccups. Had to change rooms because of water pressure and bathroom light not working completely. Dogs barked all night and on my last night we lost power for about an hour. I also let the front desk and the cleaning crew know that a dog or person spit in the elevator that took a few hours to clean.
This hotel is very nice. I was impressed by how nice the rooms are. As I walked into the room, I immediately felt a welcoming feeling as the air and TV were on, and The Big shower head with great pressure and hot water was just one of the pluses. Mark was wonderful. Checking in was hassle free, he gave me a great deal and bent over backwards for me. I would highly recommend this hotel in every category.
