We checked in at 11:30pm. Lady on staff was energetic, friendly and very helpful. We were pulling a 26’ trailer and she helped his find a parking place. Kudos!
Upon arrival I was refused my Wyndham status or points once I checked out and got my receipt I realized the lady who checked me in put her Wyndham number on my reservation thankfully the lady in the morning changed it to my account this has made me decide to never stay here again if those points are that precious to their staff that they would try and steal them from guests no telling what else they are willing to do
Me, My husband and my kids are On a 36 hour car ride to California. Drove 15 hours and arrived here at 12 am. We were able to jump right in bed. Room is very clean, large room and bathroom. Very nice hotel. The over night employees were very sweet as well as the lady in the morning. Breakfast was included so we were able to jump right on the road again for another 15 hours!
