Husband an his coworker Was there for 6 day's on the 4th floor. Elevator never worked, showers have no pressure, No one came an picked up there trash or cleaned the rooms for a whole week. Carpets were soaked an molding. Only good thing. They had a Great Breakfast.

I entered the building after a long travel expecting to check in and crash. Let’s start off with me standing at the front desk for over 10 minutes waiting on someone to show up to check me in. The lobby was full of flies and very humid. I check in just to learn that the elevator was broken. I had to walk three flight of stairs to my room. The front desk guy did assist which I appreciate. Nice hotel. Great customer service. Minor inconvenience with the elevator being down. We need the exercise anyway.

Dirty, dirty, dirty! The washer machine leaks and water runs out everywhere. The toilet does not fill up with water fast enough so you have to fill the tank up yourself. The key card pad on the side door doesn’t work and the elevator is out of order! If you have been driving all day long with kids DO NOT stay here or at least call and ask if things are working. The breakfast options were good and that’s about the only positive.

Decent rooms but the elevators were out of order. Of course the only room available was on the 4th floor. They did carry my bag up but still tough on an old man.
