Samantha is a remarkable representative for La Quinta and an excellent customer servant. When I arrived ill, she was incredibly kind and accommodating. She placed me in a quiet, isolated room so I could rest without interruption. She was warm to my entire traveling group and we connected well with her. The rooms were a bit outdated, but perfect proximity to the airport. The breakfast attendant was also personable and accommodating. All-in-all Samantha made our stay special.
Just checked in, but there is black mold above the shower. There is rust color around the base boards, toilet paper holder looks to be coming out of the wall. Paint is chipped off walls and furniture is beat up. Holes in the lamp shades. They won’t refund my money and they are sold out of rooms so they wouldn’t move us. We will never stay here again.
Old, poorly maintained, WORST TV channel availability ever (16 channels, 5 are PBS, 3 are Latino), terrible/soft bed - ratings say 2-star, I say no star
