A bit on the outer edge of town but pretty quiet and no real crime to worry of. Decent place to stay
Me and 2 friends stayed in 3 different rooms all had a variety of complaints. All of our rooms or floors smelled damp or musk. 2 of our rooms on different floors didn't have any door lock mechanism inside the door just a fake door handle. TV didn't work in our room and 1 friends ac was a Luke cool breeze in texas summers that's a no go. Would not recommend to others
My Spouse & I checked in on Saturday & checked out on Monday. After we checked in we noticed room wasn’t completely cleaned, food & drinks were still in mini fridge from previous guest & No toilet paper in room. We had to go and get some from front desk. That evening we asked for 2 towels so we could go to the water, the young smart ass kid at front desk kinda didn’t wanna give us 2 of them but immediately when we came back in side to wanted them back, we didn’t even get to go to our room to change. You'll be paying a hundred dollars to stay in a room with a thick, humid mold smell. Mold in the bathroom, mold on the curtains, and certainly a moldy AC unit. Door didn't close properly and the deadbolt was misaligned and completely inoperable. Previous client's blood on the bedding. Disgusting. Staff was great, but that doesn't change the fact that this building isn't maintained and isn't clean. Definitely not worth the rates they are charging. Don't go here, go to any of the other hotels in bay city
Had to meet with a client yesterday we had breakfast you would not believe how hot it was we couldn't even enjoy coffee miserably hot the poor employees should not have to suffer in the heat
