Bj at the front desk listened to our needs and was super helpful professional he went over and beyond the rooms are cheerful and comfortable pool looks so sparkly and clean very nice place so far I’m relaxed and very happy I feel and felt so safe here I will always come back when I visit Texas. Again bj was wonderful I hope he is there the next time I come to Texas there are no other words to describe how great it was all the staff were nice but bj really stood out
Someone stole my card and booked a room here. So i show up and talk to the manager and tell her the situation. She was great about helping get the persons reservation cancelled and havjng them removed from the room, however she then issued me a no trespass warning. For doing nothing. I was polite the whole time too.
