5 hotels within a block and we unfortunately chose this one. We were in room 325. I’ve already contacted Wyndham and am waiting for the property manager to contact me back and process my refund. For starters we arrived at about 11pm to what appeared to be a family party going on in the dining area with weird smelling food, the tv didn’t work and was glitching as soon as we entered the room. It smelled like smoke in our non-smoking room and there were stains everywhere, trash when we first checked in under the bed. Gym is being renovated. Front desk ladies are nice though
No Kcup coffee makers. I can’t drink any coffee in the hotels. They are all gross.
Very disappointed. Bedding had stains. Room smelled like urine and mold. There was a $250 deposit required that was not mentioned anywhere online when I reserved the room. Breakfast was not good. No coffee, juice or napkins. Was very hot in the lobby.
