This hotel is bummy! Tub is old & Chipped! Towels are dirty! Any 5 reviews are a lie! This is crappy hotel & no way of saying otherwise! All I Can think while laying down is, “This is bummy staying here”
First room we got smelled horrible like cigarettes. They changed our room which was fair and the second room was okay. Stains on the towels and the carpet in the hallway required a HAZCHEM suit and decontamination. Absolutely disgusting and the smell was terrible.
I am a long time LQ guest. Points, rewards, etc. But seriously, this was the worst experience we’ve had at an LQ, and we are asking for a FULL REFUND. Let me detail why below, and we have pictures to document this property, this room and its mishaps. In the room, the dresser was missing an entire drawer. The toilet flushed very slowly and would not refill the tank without having to be adjusted inside the tank. This happened with every flush. This was BY FAR the nastiest la quinta I've EVER SEEN. It was in fact. Everything from the smell to the decor and "cleanliness" was just Disgusting. I'm SHOCKED that corporate would allow this at one of their brands.
