Smelled like a wet ashtray. Black mold on the ceiling, it rained in our bathroom when someone above us showered. Stains all over the hallway and room itself. I’ve stayed in a lot of shady hotels but this is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If you love yourself, do not stay here
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. the manager, was very helpful, attending to our every request. He offered, too, a good recommendation for a restaurant nearby.
The location and cleaning staff are about the only positive things about this hotel. We admittedly didn't read reviews before booking, and booked purely on the overview review provided by Expedia. Having stayed at La Quinta hotels all throughout the United States, we were expecting a clean, quiet, pleasant place to stay for a week for business.
