This is the second time I've stayed here, the last time being last year, and that particular stay was pleasant. In this particular five-day visit things were going well, until my last night here, tonight. I need to be up at 4 am for a flight on Sunday, the 24th of August, and on Saturday night, tonight, there is a birthday party being thrown for the this location's owner, which was going on right outside my room. Requested top floor, was given 3rd, had to speak up to get 5th No soap in shower when we arrived Asked front desk to add, they said, "We got you" - they did not B-fast was nasty, microwaved sausage and eggs Cleaning staff took up two tables at breakfast, limiting seats for guests Elevator feels like it is going to drop when it stops Picked location due to relative closeness to BWI -- Overall, not worth the savings --

The room was alright, bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, nice and cool for a hot summer night. However, the bathroom was disgusting and it had a horrible pungent smell of urine. We had to cover our nose to even step foot in the bathroom. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned. We didn't even want to step barefoot in there, coming out of shower, etc. Disgusting. If it wasn't for that, we would have probably given 4 or 5 stars.

Nice southern hospitality great customer service
