Great breakfast and amazing staff. Clean rooms!
Great place , indoor pool area was cold regretted jumping into the swimming pool. Staff was friendly and made us feel right at home . I love my Hispanic people . Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Worst experience. Worst customer service. There was almost no water pressure in the bathroom. We stayed for two nights, but the issue was never resolved. Every time we asked the front desk about it, we were told they were working on it, but nothing was ever fixed.
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The rooms smelled strongly of mold and were very dirty. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and even the hallways had a terrible odor. The breakfast was also a complete disaster. This hotel has a serious cleanliness problem. If you have asthma, allergies, or any respiratory issues, do not stay here. The mold smell was so strong that it could affect your health. This hotel does not appear to meet basic health and sanitation standards.
