Stay away! First night stay, we found a roach on the wall. The bed sheets are, let’s just say, not white! Yellow stains in the shower tub, bathroom tiles peeling off. I asked to be moved to another suite, but they don’t have any other spaces available. I am here with a team and can’t switch hotels! I had asked to speak to a manager and I have not received a call back. They said they would deep clean the room and after I get back to the room, the cleaning rag is in the TV stand! Just disgusting!
Service is everything and if Albert is still the manager, there is very little turnover so the employees are knowledgeable about everything. This location is convenient to anything you need, but the location is not as convenient as the domain location. However their beds are super comfortable and it is reasonably priced.
Filthy. DISGUSTING. General Manager Stephanie will lie straight to your face with a smile and then never follow through. Auvia was very helpful and made sure commitments were followed through with.. Thank you, Auvia. I will NEVER stay there again.
