Hayle and Justin made my check in smooth and carefree!
When we arried, I asked to see if we could check in early and was told any checkins prior to 2pm would include a $50+ taxes and fees to have an early checkin. Even though I was told both of my rooms were already ready. I declined and came back just after 2. As I was told the hotel was sold out due to the concert that night, im not sure why they wouldn't want to let us checkin early without the ridiculous fee. Clean a quiet rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby , elevators and halls were all clean and smelled fresh
