The location of this hotel was great for the local Renaissance Faire, and the staff was kind, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Bed was fine, we had a working microwave and mini fridge, and adequate shower pressure. There were many damaged items throughout the room (outlet covers, scruffs on the walls/ceilings, loose tiles on bathroom floors) and seemingly missing furniture on half of the room. My third stay here and it never misses. The staff remembers my preferences every time, which is a level of service you just don't see often anymore. Clean, professional, and consistently excellent.

We traveled over 10 hours as an out-of-town sports team and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the parking lot felt unsafe, with unhoused individuals present, some appearing to carry weapons, and women openly offering inappropriate services to male guests in both the parking lot and even the elevator.
