The front desk guy with dreads is the most rudest person ever he does not deserve a customer service job He is very impatient Disrespectful He came and banged on the room door while i was packing up the room to leave.. Very bad attitude.
Just got woke up by a roach while I was peacefully sleeping smh topping that the receptionist had a bad attitude REALLY BAD ATTITUDE she got smart cursed me out I let it go because it wasn’t that serious I could tell she was going through something because when I arrived she or no one who was working the desk could be found for at least 20-30mins then after we waited she notified me and the other guest that had been waiting longer than me that the rooms might not be up to par and if they were not just to let her know smh it’... read more
I loved it here
I needed a place to check in with dogs. Traveling late at night I didn’t have time to look at reviews. Staff was nice, the entire hotel was filthy, smelled of cigarettes and pot. Carpets were filthy, bathroom floor was sticky. Bed was soso. I checked in about 1am so no time to find something else. Please do a total gut rehab or level the bldn and start over!
