I have mixed feelings. The location was great. The breakfast was great. They allow pets. It was clean. But the walls and trim were severely damaged. It was so bad I thought maybe they were undergoing a demo, but I don't think so. And the air freshener was so strong it seemed like it was trying to cover up something.
This hotel is amazing, if u reading this and are looking to stay at a hotel for a quick night before continuing a road trip or something this is THE hotel. Rooms are very clean, no roaches like ppl say, great smell too, and the inside is very modern + really comfy beds + good breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel u can take my word on it. For the price this hotel has great value.
Let me start by saying the customer service I received during my month stay from Drea was awesome!! Anything I needed from towels to re doing my key card multiple times lol ..to coffee when the kitchen was close she provided without an issue…she even printed out resumes for me when I needed!! She was very welcoming down to earth and sweet as pie. I had an excellent experience thanks to Sofia. A third-party booking error made check-in stressful, but she handled it with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and her outstanding service truly made my experience better. Sofia is a wonderful asset to the hotel! Thanks again!
