It was bad as soon as I arrived. I made my reservation months in advance. I get there 20 minutes after check in and I'm told I don't have a reservation. I showed the girl at the desk my booking.com app that showed I in fact had a reservation. She tells me it must have been cancelled. Well, I'm here and I certainly didn't cancel it. She tells me "someone probably called to confirm and you didn't answer so it was probably cancelled". I received no phone call. It was fine. Mostly clean. Not overly noisy. Nothing special though. Ice machine on the 4th floor was broken, but steps down to 3rd were easy. Parking lot was safe, large, and well lit.
