There is a dog barking and apparently jumping on furniture next door. I have dogs but don't leave them in a hotel room but themselves. I hope we'll be able to sleep tonight and be rested for surgery tomorrow.
I am from the Chicago, IL area. However, this was my first time ever staying at this Hotel in Newnan, GA. My daughter & I stayed here from Thursday night 10/16/25 thru Sunday night 10/19/25 & we absolutely, love it here! RUDE. Smells like dog. Don in the morning is fake and Tez in the evening has zero personality also rude. Would not spend one dollar at this establishment. Breakfast is average, that’s if they have any left after 8:30am. The manager “Jason Guy” also very rude… is never there. Good luck! 0 in my book. WAY BETTER HOTELS IN NEWNAN BESIDES THIS PLACE :)
If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! Upon arrival I was given a room on the 2nd floor and I immediately noticed that the air conditioner was running really loud and not blowing cold also the tub, towels, and wash clothes were very dingy looking all most brown as I was looking at the room. I let the front desk know so that showed me a room on the 3rd floor. Room had a terrible odor. Commode had not been cleaned. No towels or wash cloths, had to go to the desk to get those. Refrigerator did not work. Thin walls, people in the next room were noisy. Breakfast was terrible. Rocks posing as biscuits. Ice machine was outside our room which made noise all night. Big trucks in parking lot outside our room. All in all, I got about an hours sleep. I won't be going back to this one star hotel.
