The room is nice and clean. And they actually clean their AC filters which is amazing. Smells amazing nice an cold. Closet is big alot of space. Will be back. Front desk check in was nice and helpful. Edit: Next morning at 9am check out is NOT til 11am. I get a knock on my door as a male house keeper is trying to come in my room. I had to yell I'm still in here glad I had a stool blocking the door so no one could get it in. Just think they would have a way to know who has and hasn't checked out yet.
Tanya saved our experience from terrible to amazing. We had a room during July 4th weekend that was just blowing hot air. Felt like we were in a steam room. After her trying to get maintenance and even troubleshooting herself, she found us a better room. Tanya's customer service is what you don't see anymore. Going the extra mile is important, and frankly rare nowadays. Thank you Tanya for going above and beyond!
Staff was amazing and had great hospitality. Room was excellent and relaxing. Breakfast was great and coffee on point. We will definitely book here again.
