We have been here for 6 weeks for work. There are times that I need a little extra help with a few things the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating The beds are very comfortable the pillows are comfortable, water pressure is great the rooms are very very clean. We travel for work this is one of the nicest properties we have been to in a long time. Thank you to everyone here for the extra help you've given us. Will definitely be back.
Wonderful hotel & GREAT bed & pillows!
Rooms weren't filthy, but they weren't the cleanest & latch bolt didn't work. Parking lot dark
So we had a bad experience with a sister hotel. We checked in and it was disgustingly gross. So we booked here. I don’t mind paying for what I get, however I think it’s a bit overpriced. It’s much older and the A/C in the living room stayed much cooler than the bedroom. We sweat most of the night. Bought a small fan helped a little. I still think almost $400 is a bit much and I’ve paid over $600 a night for a room. The front desk lady was really nice and helpful, the housekeepers were also friendly. The room was nice and clean. The shower is amazing just a little loud from the water pressure. We weren’t disturbed, only time someone came to the room with us there was to pick up trash. We were constantly in and out, no one said anything about it, we had friends over and my family also no word about it.
