We stayed at the Laquinta for 4 days, 3 nights. They can not help it, but the area is rough. The walmart next door draws a bad crowd, and we were warned by locals to keep our kids close because the crime rates are high. We travel frequently, and I will say the hospitality and breakfast were decent. However, the beds were the worst I've ever slept on. I could feel every spring in my back. Great location and a great stay. From check in to check out was good. The room was spotless and the showers were amazing. Pet friendly which is a must!! Will stay here again
