We always stay here when visiting family and it's always fine, but this time is the worst experience I've ever had. When we entered the room there was a dead roach. We went down to ask for extra pillows due to my back problems and we were told they could not give us any and when we asked for some extra blankets (thinking I could use those) he gave us one. If I could give it a negative star I would!! Do not stay there unless you want your items stolen! 1st night I stayed we got locked out of our room for over a hour do to their lock having a malfunction. They never even apologized for the inconvenience as that wasn't bad enough, but the second night there was a communication problem between their staff and front desk and they didn't know apparently that I had paid a second night, and that evening (mind u we left at 2pm) so that evening when we returned we returned to our key n... read more
My girlfriend and I decided to book here for our anniversary. We both have such a busy work/school schedule and never have the time to stay the night at a hotel, so we decided to the take time for ourselves. After checking in to the hotel and being charged for my room, 2 hours in, my girlfriend and i decided to leave to get food and bring it back to eat at in the room. I give this place two stars for fulfilling the minimum requirements of a hotel. You get a bed, a shower, and breakfast in the morning. That's about where the plus sides end, as I rarely feel as disappointed leaving a hotel as I did today. Everything feels dirty. Between stains in the shower and shower curtain, stains on the bedsheets, and random uncleaned sticky messes in the hallways, I felt gross attempting to go anywhere.
