My room was not clean. I had a lot of hair plastered to the side of the shower and tub, the was hair in the sink. I had no towels and an empty roll of toilet paper on the toilet paper holder. The breakfast was ended early, they did not restock food once they ran out, the waffle iron would not fully cook waffles even after 3 attempts.
