The room smelled moldy, and there was no toilet paper holder available so toilet paper was just sitting on the counter. There is no rack for tile tiles are just sitting on the shelf. At some point you can see where the rack was torn down and the hole just painted over. The tub had rust on it and the room smelled. The ceiling fan had no remote so all you could do is turn on the light but you couldn’t turn on the fan or turn the fan off. Наличие бассейна и зала - плюс. Комнаты более менее чистые, в одном туалете застоялась вода, видно, давно не сдавался номер. Dirty, lights burned out in bathroom. Shower head not attached to shower, just hanging. Very humid with a stand alone dehumidifier next to bed that didn't work. Go next door to Holiday Inn express for extra 20 bucks.
We always stay here when visiting family and it's always fine, but this time is the worst experience I've ever had. When we entered the room there was a dead roach. We went down to ask for extra pillows due to my back problems and we were told they could not give us any and when we asked for some extra blankets (thinking I could use those) he gave us one.
