We had an absolute terrible experience here. I’m not usually the one the write bad reviews but I felt I should speak on this hotel. We got there at 8pm and checked into our room, the room smelled awful like dry mildew and was very hot. We turned down the air and expressed our concerns with the front desk and was told to wait an hour to see if the room cooled down. So we did and the heat did not budge. We pulled into this hotel at 7:15pm. We needed a one night stay to board a cruise ship the next day. We dropped our stuff off in the room qhen we got there then left to go eat dinner. We got back around 10pm. Mind you check in was at 4pm and I hadn't even got in the bed yet. I went to lay down and it just felt moist and humid in the room already but I laid there thinking it was just muggy, NO! That was not the case! MY BED WAS WET!!! NO Recomiendo ECE OTEL !El día 28 de julio llegamos ay para hospedarnos por dos noches pero la sorpresa q nos llevamos q alas 4:30 d la mañana m despertó una picason. en los brazos m puce a checarla cama y en contre chinches ala mañana celas 3nce le al encargado y no dijo nada . Mildew and mold smelling rooms they try and mask with heavy cleaners . Exchanged rooms due to smell staff stated “ oh the MOLD” so they are aware try to say it’s because humidity… nope stayed all over in hotels in humid areas this is an HVAC problem. Late morning/ afternoon staff is rude playing on tik tok and laptops acts like are bothering him to do his job. Rooms have broken tvs, not working microwaves, rust all over mold in bathroom vents , walls falling apart, chairs ripped up and pool fence and post about to fall off .... read more
