I recently stayed at the La Quinta in Allen, and I can confidently say it was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, and the level of care and attention to detail throughout my stay was outstanding. Blow drying and safe deposit box was missing ?
This hotel is absolutely infested with bed bugs. The first room they gave me was crawling with them, and after just one night I woke up covered in painful, itchy bites all over my body. When I complained, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they moved me to another room and then charged me again for it. Unbelievable.
