1. Had to literally wake desk person to check in at 3:00 pm. He was asleep in the back. 2. Asked for 4th floor. Went to room, overwhelming smoke smell. (Sign says “All Rooms Non-Smoking.” 3. New room on 3rd floor. Toilet wouldn’t flush. 4. Cold powdered eggs and cold gravy for biscuits. Breakfast is terrible. 5. Key wouldn’t work. Back to the desk. Nobody there for 14 minutes. 6. I see negative reviews. Seems it has been handled because our room 134 was comfortable, cool, and quiet. Almost out whole basbell team is staying here with no complaints. The staff was great except I pre checked in and still had to check in when we arrived but it was quick. Everything was clean. Rooms have no carpet so housekeeping is able to mop for better sanitation. Felt safe being off the main roads that said its a 10 min drive to rhe major freeway that gets you are the area!
