I switched to this hotel at the last minute. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She showed me a room before deciding. First the good: the room was huge! It had two queen beds and room for a couch. It was very comfortable. As.soon as I got in the room, the A/C wouldn't work. The wall thermostat wasn't connected to the wall unit. The wall unit was plugged in but unresponsive. I went to call the desk, but the room phone was dead. Let me start off by saying I’ve traveled a lot in my 51 years, and I have never experienced a more horrific experience. I would not recommend anyone staying here. They mess up your reservations, Then they act like they’re gonna do a favor and triple charge you for a room because they conveniently found one after they say because you booked through a third-party we can’t find your original reservation… They are a very shady place, and if you stay here, BE CAREFUL! Es un hotel limpio, bien ubicado, habitaciones bonitas. Lo negativo es que se escucha mucho ruido pero lo peor es el desayuno, intenté desayunar muy temprano y no había prácticamente nada que porque no les había llegado el pedido. No resolvieron nada!
