Girl Worker with color hair that works front lobby was extremely rude and unprofessional . Made us feel very unwelcome. Besides that rooms were good breakfast was okay not many foods to choose from.
Not the best cause of the renovations. The pool was freezing amd rooms were not fully clean nor best looking condition.
They have washer and dryer but the person at the front desk told me she forget to get some. The pool was cold and the hot tub was dirt. I couldn’t sleep, my room was next to the ice machine and it was making noise the whole night. I went to the front desk and ask for help and there wasn’t rooms available to move and I asked for a refund and the guy told me the manager was gonna call till 5 AM and he could help me out. I had forgotten my purse there and supposedly they shipped it but I never received it.
