Couldn't find my Expedia booking at check-in. Eventually gave me a room. Room had a leaking AC, molded floors, and a dead roach on the floor. Went downstairs to get a refund, and said they couldn't because Expedia had the money, not them. Because I just drove 9 hours, I asked for a different room. Clerk had to call his manager to make sure that was okay. ?. New room was fine, if youre okay with a shower that didn't drain. Best part of this stay was check-out. Do not recommend. Cee Cee is Phenomenal. She ran the front desk professionally. Made breakfast and mopped the floor. I have never seen such a greater service from the front desk in the entire USA. I have had great experiences in 4 and 5 star hotels, but Cee Cee topped them all. I ask her was she Jamaican. Lol We had a good laugh. She is a great asset to your company. She understands the business to a science. I recommend a promotion. Her attitude is exemplary. We need more people like Cee Cee in the world. Best Wishes Jacquie Belle
