Beds and shower were great. Only one elevator worked and if you didn’t have patience you would want to jump off the roof. They have an app and ask if you need anything which works great at other places. We asked for a blanket and crickets. Besides the elevator that takes forever and unless app everything else was great.
We had an awesome stay here. Everyone was very nice, and although I cannot remember everyone's name, I must recognize Bee. She was super knowledgeable and friendly, and more than happy to help!
Discovered the shower did not work in my room at 6 AM while on a cross country drive. Management offered 15% off which is a joke. Beware of this property. You have been warned. Follow up to the Hotel Manager: When I spoke this matter with your staff, they were unprofessional. Based on your mishandling of this issue, you have now been reported to the Attorney General for Alabama, the BBB, and your corporate parent.
