Do not book here. Especially if you’re attending BMT graduation. Not a good place to bring your Airman back to. Smells. Had to kill a couple roaches. Bathroom 🤮. I didn’t eat anything brought back to the hotel. Woke up to a roach on the night stand. Pool taken over by locals. Nothing good other than it was close to Lackland AFB.
I’ve stayed at several La Quinta Inn hotels in the past, so I expected this location to provide a similar experience. Before booking, I read the online reviews. While they weren’t all five-star, I decided to give it a chance. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst La Quinta Inn I’ve stayed at. The room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. This place is a joke and the GM Keyur Patel doesn’t know what the hell he is doing…. All he know how to do is kick people out of there…. No wonder they don’t have any business there…. They think it’s a 5 star hotel and there breakfast sucks…. What they need to do is fix the place up….. They need to replace the GM that knows what they’re doing because the one they have now doesn’t know crap but takes their money and kicks people out…. Will never go there again
I booked a room , accidentally for the wrong dates, I canceled that booking through the 3rd party agency I used. I contacted that agency about the refund and was told that the hotel had already taken over the funds. I then attempted many times to call the individual property at lackland. Noone ever answered. I called their 1800 number to talk to the company at large, who again told me to contact the individual property. Again I called multiple times with no response. This is ridiculous at this point.
Tv didn't work, had to brush dust and dirt off the beds ,hotel was not in very good condition
