Tried checking in 25 minutes early and was met with a rude woman who advised we couldn't under any circumstances check in before 3. When we sat outside in our car and waited till 3 with several other people and we all went in at 3 it took almost 45 minutes to check in. She had told everyone 3 pm and we all waited and walked in together at least 10 of us
I was not happy!!!! Room 406 had mold. And stunk upon arrival .price is affordable. I will not be coming back .
I have to say it wasnt pleasant during check in when we checked in as soon as we got here which was about 11pm. Too many accidents on the highway not to mention a 10 hour drive from New Orleans for us. Too tired to say much other than asking for pillows. Which seemed to be a problem to ask for some. A hotel/motel should always have extra pillows even for the those with disabilities and health conditions that are out of a person's control.
