Excellent spot, close to a lot of stores,food and amenities. Overall clean, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Good experience overall
Was never warned about no hot water available in our room until we checked out and complained. I was told the manager would call THAT DAY, and over a week later, no call. Extremely poor service, poor maintenance and lousy service for a Platinum member.
Soft sheets and towels, but also a soft mattress. Clean, but a little old and worn. All the lamp shades were askew when we checked in. The only two staff we encountered were not rude exactly, but not welcoming either. Best feature, next door to a Denys.
