ticketmaster comes to motels!😵💫👺. IT is a motel. of course you have a car. I uave to PAY extral to home my car for the night. I dont fly frontier either. business school must be teaching nickel and dime to death for everything they will just pay it. What happened to value add?
3 pillows 2 covered in hair.. balls of hair, pillow cases had not been changed.. makeup still visible on them...and yup added a parking fee for a parking lot hard to fit a truck in full of potholes and not repaved in the last 15 years we "HAD" been staying here. Peace out not again
Well we had a huge problem. We got a car and it broke down right outta town. It must of been 11 at night. Last room!!! The front desk women was extremely nice understood. A room thats normally 177 , went to 135 with the membership rewards. Im so thankful it helped us out a grave amount. If I was to ever come back to steamboat. This is where we would stay again. You have a customer for life. Thank you for all your help. Also. I didnt wake up with a back ache. Thats amazing.! Best beds hands down.!!! No joke..
I can't believe negative reviews the hotel is perfect. It's clean the service is great. Employees are very polite and extremely helpful. There is that latino guy who did everything to help. You can use the amenities from rhe next hotel which is even greater. Highly recommend it the hotel is modern . Do not believe the negative feedback.
