The room carpet had debris on it. Nobody came into the room to inspect it or turn the bed during the 4day 3night stay. I arrived at noon and they wanted to charge me 30dollars to check in before 3pm!!? I had a little mishap with my rental car door. It bled a little and night clerk freaked when I asked for a 🩹 I ended up getting some napkins from the breakfast area and told him to get some tape. He got a desktop tape dispenser and wrapped around my arm many times!!!
I had a wonderful time spending the night here. Sid immediately greeted me with kindness and was very polite. Top level service. Next I met Rick he had a smile and I immediately felt comfortable around him. Raj works in housekeeping and was very kind to me this morning as we chatted in the hall for a few moments. This place has staff members that are full of joy and kindness. If I'm ever in the area again I will be back. 10/10 service and hospitality
Beat up old hotel with boards on the windows.. Elevator didn't work and it need a major renovation... It was an insult for them to need a $150 room deposit considering the condition of the hotel...
