Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Nice choice of pillows. Excellent strong shower! I liked the dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. Front desk person (female) was very friendly & upbeat on the phone & at the desk. We will return.

Room was clean, water pressure was great & hot, breaker has great options! The hotel was decorated for Halloween throughout the halls which was a nice touch.
We checked in on Saturday night, and the toilet in our hotel room was not working. We called the front desk, and they said someone would come up to take a look at it. We left for dinner, and when we returned two hours later, nothing had been done — they had forgotten about it. At that point, around 9:30 p.m., the front desk receptionist came up and tried to fix it, then said maintenance would come by. Maintenance never showed up.
