I have stayed here quite a bit in the past never had a problem when it’s the older gentleman at the desk. The young guy gave me a hard time today I switch rooms over five different times. He told me if I switch again I can get out he’s not gonna refund my money in so you can see the picture second room working the third room had a crack in the window, which made me feel unsafe because it wasn’t a crack… more like a hole .I feel so disrespected for this man to tell me he’s not gonna give my money back because something is wro... read more
Worst place I ever stayed! I stayed at La Quinta in Savannah Georgia October 2024, Below is my review. I checked in, and my room had a bad smell, trash in the trash can and the bed didn’t look properly made. Switched rooms and the second room had no TV and a pile of wires, cable box and bits and pieces. PLUS in the bathroom, the ceiling had leaked and it looked like the roof was broadly damaged, wall to wall..(I should have taken pictures) Tried to switch rooms again and the desk man got irate told me to go somewhere else. This was a HORRIBLE HOTEL!!! Don’t ever stay here
Staff not pleasant, room was terrible with dresser drawers not able to close, bathroom light didn't work at all, walls dirty, non smoking room had cigarette burn on bathtub and tub needed A VERY good cleaning. What a shame for a LaQuinta.Disgusting hotel!!
The worst hotel I’ve ever been 2. Waited 20 minutes for manager to check me in. He didn’t even speak to acknowledge we was there. Just walked behind counter and asked what did we need. Checked into room which was one of their suites and it was horrible. Was there 2 minutes and checked out with full refund. If your a person with class and like cleanliness, this is not the place for you and plus the place smells moldy.
