Horrific and unsafe. We had someone break into the room and smash the window next to us while we were staying. Then I realized that the secondary lock on our room had been busted - and someone may have previously broken in. I asked to change rooms, and although they were accommodating, before switching i read a bunch of google reviews within the past few months of people getting bed bugs at this la quinta. The staff are exceptional. Every time I stay they are kind and attentive. Seamless execution from check in to check out. I am treated like family which is a pleasant experience when traveling and staying in hotels. The rooms are very nice and still affordable. People always mention showers, mold, bugs in hotel reviews. Happy to report zero bugs or mold and well kept, hot showers in the rooms. This is a pet friendly hotel with pet relief areas. This is always my go to. Rooms are really nice for the price, employees go above and beyond to help you, and it’s a relaxed environment. Only place I trust.
