I stayed for two nights and was pleasantly surprised with the room. it was nicely laid out with two full-size beds and a nicely sized TV. That had a good amount of viewing options, Along with a slightly larger than compact refrigerator with separate freezer and microwave on top. The air-conditioning did a pretty good job at maintaining whatever temperature or fan setting I wanted it to stay at. The room smelt so bad of cat urine and old cigarettes smoke. The front desk people weren't the best but it was a room for one night

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is friendly, and supper welcoming. I have stayed here alot due to medical treatments, and I have been happy with every stay. Its next to the mall, and a few restaurants, which makes it easy for some fun shopping.

The staff here are absolutely amazing!!! Always friendly and ready to help with any of our needs. feels like we never left home when we stay here. Rooms are cozy and we'll lit. Located right by the mall and lots of comfort food restaurants

I just checked in, with my company making my reservation. I will be here 4 nights. Here's the problem. I was given room 232. Which is second floor facing backwards. The elevator is on the other side of the hotel so I am having to lug my luggage since its 4 days worth up stairs. I voiced this to that man that checked me in and he said I can give you a downstairs room tomorrow. I have to get my clothes and luggage upstairs so tomorrow doesnt help me.
