Tried to modify reservation by calling front desk 4 times each for over 15 minutes with no answer absolutely the worst customer service ever will Never stay at a Wyndham Hotel !!
I don't like their service I had messed up on reservation for my husband,and my 4 yr old grandson we were located Santa Rosa,and my husband, grandson who is 4 ,and myself where stuck outside at truck 🚛 stop we were trying to get back to altus ok . The man at the desk said I had to contact booking.com which I did they said they would fix it, but the hotel 🏨 is not responding I'm through with la Quinta and booking.com it wasn't really nice of a place I would give not even a star , but it request you to 🙄 this isn't how you ... read more
Pablo is the best!!!!
I am very impressed with this hotel & staff. The ac works Awesome...better than anywhere I have ever stayed. You can actually control your cool level. Rooms are pretty sound proof. The sheets, comforters & pillows are Soft & Amazing! Raelyn & Pablo at the Front Desk are great & super helpful. I have extended my stay numerous times not wanting to leave cool Santa Fe. Clean, quiet, well maintained. Yogurt one option with breakfast. Glad to be able to have my dog. Only issue was VERY slow drain in shower despite asking staff for help. Would stay here again.
